## Grading criteria {#grading_criteria}

-   Customer Satisfaction: subjectively evaluated by Customer
-   Team Management: Team satisfaction (evaluated by all Team members)
-   SCRUM compliance: Was project performed according to RUP process
    (evaluated by Teacher)
