update for changes in AbstractAlgebra, Groups, GroupRings
...
* MatSpaces are no longer Rings, they are modules (that's a hack, I
know)
* DirectProduct → DirectPower
* full → GroupRings.dense
* constructors of GroupRings require explicit basis
