164abc2057 Factored out url to gridworks-helper app, and used a versioned url instead of the published or the dev url. 
Made sure in the protograph link popup we show no more than 10 property suggestions.

f9698d77ae Temporary fix: map guid to id before showing topicblock popups for recon candidates. 
Added match and match similar buttons on topicblock popups.
Made topicblock popups show only 2 blocks.

ca2bc0a304 Fixed null pointer exception problem in HeuristicReconConfig when trying to use "recon" service. 
Made custom suggest widget rely on gridworks-helper acre app for fetching property suggestions.
Made various property suggest in recon dialog use our custom suggest widget.

6990604981 implemented the full gridworks -> freebase conduit via delegated oauth and freeq/tripleloader 
(still doesn't work as argus returns a 500 but the entire conduit is in place)

19ba207d27 Re-ordered the "other" choices in numeric range facets to make better use of space. 
Changed main layout of whole application so that the horizontal scrollbar of the data table is visible without scrolling.

7697365180 Added custom suggest for types as well. Styled property and type suggest panes to be wider to accommodate long IDs. 
Fixed event wiring bugs in recon dialog.
Made cell edit popup wider and position it relative to the whole cell rather than to the edit link.
