Add updated chat for Web and Mobile clients
Since Gitter has now moved to the Matrix Foundation (London) and now has an updated bridge for our room, we need to provide easy onboarding for users.
I spoke with Gitter support (Matrix) and they provided the new URL. Which even shows up when using iOS app or Web via Element.io

OpenRefine is a Java-based power tool that allows you to load data, understand it,
clean it up, reconcile it, and augment it with data coming from
the web. All from a web browser and the comfort and privacy of your own computer.
